Genuine Toyota, Lexus, and Scion Accessories were using the same marketing copy for accessories across all vehicles for all brands, and missing a big opportunity. Taking a cue from each vehicle’s advertising, I created a strategic realignment that matched accessory content with the advertising tones for Toyota, Lexus, and Scion brands and vehicles.
The presentation shows how Genuine Toyota, Lexus, and Scion Accessories’ marketing content would look if the same creative strategy was given to accessories as their portfolio of vehicles.
The presentation was well-received, and once client signed off on the individual brand/vehicle tones, I created revised copy for over 100 accessories and developed individual copy style guides for Toyota, Lexus, and Scion branded accessories.
